Water quantity management and water control

Nowadays the water quantity management and water control goes a lot further than laying dykes and building windmills. To carry out these tasks we use pumping stations (modern versions of the windmills) and sluices. Today, our main concern regarding the dykes is their maintenance.
Furthermore, Waterschap Brabantse Delta has 8 sluices for the discharge of the surface water surplus to look after.
